- Milton ‘Rock’ Coleman
Services for Milton “Rock” Coleman, 66, of Alto were at noon Saturday at St. Thomas AME Church in Alto with the Rev. Lionel Whitaker and the Rev. Lewis Conway officiating.
Burial was at St. Thomas Cemetery, under the direction of Colonial Mortuary.
Mr. Coleman died Wednesday at a Nacogdoches hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Margie Coleman; children, Terence, Djuana and Tracy Coleman and Michele Shaw; three grandchildren; sisters, Lena Chase, Emma Robinson, Fannie Holland, Gloria Coleman and Dorothy Robinson; brothers, Felton Coleman and Walter Flagg.

Lynda Ann Levassar Reisenleiter
Graveside services for Lynda Ann Levassar Reisenleiter, 60, of El Lago, formerly of Frankston, were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Frankston City Cemetery with the Rev. Eddie Hilburn officiating.
Services were under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home in Frankston.
Mrs. Reisenleiter died Aug. 10 in Seabrook.
She was born Sept. 29, 1941, in San Angelo.
She was a certified counselor and spiritual advisor for St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church in Houston, of which she was a member.
She was preceded in death by her father, J.C. Levassar.
Survivors include her mother, Annie Bell Levassar of Frankston; son, Eric Anthony Burr of Seattle; daughter, Kirsten Camille Burr of St. Louis; and grandson, Andrew Clark Burr of St. Louis.

Martha Ann Swearingen
Services for Martha Ann Swearingen, 65, were at 3 p.m. today at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. F.H. Sides officiating.
Burial was at Mount Comfort Cemetery in Maydelle under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home in Jacksonville.
Mrs. Swearingen died Friday in Tyler.
She was born Nov. 28, 1936, in Maydelle. She was an accountant for Continental Insurance. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband, Jim Swearingen Sr. of Jacksonville; sons, Harley Swearingen of Rusk, Jim Swearingen Jr. of Jacksonville and Tony Swearingen of Carrollton; daughters, J. Angela Beach of Rusk and Angela Swearingen of Tyler; mother, Vada Wilburn of Rusk; brother, Henry Lee Wilburn of Rusk; half-sisters, Becky Warren of Texas City, Juanita Matzkie of Texas City and Janet Long of Rye; 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Glenn Ezell, Joe French, Steve George Leon Lloyd Jr., Matt Blanford, Joshua Aram Black, Doug Mullins and Herb Dominquez.
Honorary pallbearers were deacons of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

J.H. Lusk
Services for J.H. Lusk, 80, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home of Rusk with the Rev. Don Copeland officiating.
Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery.
Mr. Lusk died Saturday in Rusk.
He was born June 8, 1922, in Palestine.
He was a lifelong resident of Maydelle and a retired logger. He was a member of Holleyman Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, John H. and Iva Lusk.
Survivors include his wife, Dora B. Lusk of Rusk; son and daughter-in-law, J.H. and Pat Lusk of Bullard; daughter and son-in-law, Tootsie and Jim Johnston of Frankston; daughters, Bonnie Sides of Oakland and Darlene Lusk of Maydelle; brothers, Joe B. Lusk of Rusk; and James Lusk of Maydelle; sister, Mary Veatrice Goff of Maydelle; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
Pallbearers will be Charles Goff, Elvis Goff, Joe E. Goff, Donnie Lusk, Johnny Lusk, Jerry Lusk, Floyd Lusk and Billy Ray Goff.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
